Free Shipping

In stock items are shipped the same day if order is placed by 2.00 pm BST, but no longer than next business day after receipt of payment. We send via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked 2/3 days delivery in the UK and 5 days to EU countries. If you require Next Day UK delivery we use DPD at an additional charge. This applies to the United Kingdom Only, Next Day Courier delivered by DPD for orders placed prior to 2.00pm BST Monday to Thursday. Please Note this doesn't include Saturday deliveries on orders placed on Fridays. Note Next Day Delivery isn't possible for some remote areas.

All other destinations outside UK are sent either by Royal Mail International or DHL Worldwide Express with tracking numbers. If your item is back-ordered or a custom order, we will notify you of the expected ship date as soon as possible..

All our Waterproof Clipboards sales qualify for free shipping and the items are shipped worldwide. Free shipping is available to all listed countries on the checkout order form.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a new item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item, on sales@rainwriter.co.uk. Returned items must be in original condition, in original packaging. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
